I have been working in the hairdressing industry for over 20 years starting of as a junior and working up through the ranks to salon director and in that time I have built up a wealth of experience in all aspects of hairdressing and a large following of loyal happy clients that are both local and travel from far and wide.
I opened the doors to my salon on the 3rd of November 2012……….
After working in some of the best salons in the local area I felt the time was right to ” go it on my own”
Now some might say I was mad, opening up a shop in the middle of a recession but all I could think of is that it felt right.
I knew I had a good loyal team of stylists behind me as well as a loyal clientele that would hopefully join me on my new venture.
Now first things first I had to find a shop, now as we all know that you can’t walk 100 yards down the street these days without coming across ‘another salon” so finding the ideal location was never going to be easy. I looked at many vacant shops before I came across this one and instantly knew it was right
What I loved about this shop was the fact that it was bright and airy, the foremost being a necessity in my line of work, and secondly the area has excellent parking facilities again something that is very important.
I set about designing the shop and in 3 short months my salon was ready!!!!!!!
My philosophy was simple – to create a beautiful inviting salon with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where clients can come in and feel at home. All of the team are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of hairdressing and pride ourselves on being the very top of our game. You won’t leave my salon with a “production line” haircut, instead you’ll leave with a style that is tailor made to your styling abilities.
